What is the most common question that female entrepreneurs ask you?
You get asked all sort of things but females are often interested in staff motivation and how to keep motivating them.

What is the greatest challenge you face as a woman in business?
To come to a new country without any formal education the whole idea of running a business was a challenge. The bigger the company grows the challenge gets bigger as you have responsibility for so many staff. A challenge is something I strive on and it makes life very exiting.

What is the best business advice you have received and who from?
I have 2 great business men as my mentors, and the best advice I ever get from them is to keep going and never give up then you have your lows. I am told that above all I have something called a track record. This is rare today as many people give up!!

What do you enjoy most about your work?
I absolutely LOVE my job and think I have the best job in the world. My team and my clients are just great people and this allows you to have fun while working hard. The best is to be able to over exceed our customers expectations at all times.

What is your most outstanding achievement?
Lena established Inn or Out in 1995 after realising that the standard of service in the UK was pale in comparison to what she had seen on her travels around the world. Inn or Out is now one of the most respected catering companies in the UK and they recently catered for one of the Queen’s 80th Birthday celebrations along with many other high profile events around Europe.
