What is the most common question that female entrepreneurs ask you?
How/why did I get into engineering and how did I raise the money at the outset.

What is the greatest challenge you face as a woman in business?
Being taken seriously in my chosen field

What is the best business advice you have received and who from?
Firstly always keep control of the P + L and BS and the cheque book and be aware of where the company stands financially at all times. The CFO of my first employer. Secondly lead by example. The Sales Director of my second employer.

What do you enjoy most about your work?
Travelling to new places and meeting new people. Engaging in technical discussion and problem solving for customers. Developing people within the organisation.

What is your most outstanding achievement?
When the wife of one of my employees told me that her husband loved working for us. This was a person that had been with us from the start and who I had practically forced to take higher education and finally a degree.
