Participants would then complete the above and return within 2 weeks
to complete day 5

governance
A 2 day programme to cover all legal, financial and governance
requirements in getting a business off the ground.
The legal framework in which you will need to operate.
The governance framework that applies to different types and sizes of
business (e.g. where external approvals may be required, use of advisors,
boards etc).
Financial basics: running basic accounts, profit and loss, expenses,
tax rules, expense systems, running a payroll.
Sales and Marketing Basics
A 4 day programme to help entrepreneurs develop
a comprehensive marketing and sales plan for their business.
Marketing Basics: what do we mean by marketing?
Developing a Brand and Brand Integrity.
The use of advertising – what, how and when.
Channels to market.
Sales: developing a sales plan.
Gathering consumer insights and staying close to your consumers.
